Florida-Georgia Border War Classic Series returns this week to Brunswick
BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA- It was a success last year and it’s back in South Georgia for a second year: Florida-Georgia Border Wars Series.
Hosted by Baker Sports at Glynn County Stadium, the series features seven games spread out in a three-day period between 14 teams. You might’ve guessed it, but it’s split in half the teams on where they are from.
Seven teams from Georgia and the other seven from Florida. Most of the teams invited are primarily from South Georgia and Northeast Florida, making for potential rivalries in the future.
The action all starts on Thursday when Charlton County faces off against University Christian and it concludes Saturday night with the hometown Brunswick facing off against St. Augustine. All the matchups and game times can be found down below.
