Vote: Who is the Big Bend/Panhandle Girls Flag Football Player of the Week (3/4/2024)?

We have eight candidates for you to choose from

The Florida High School Girls Flag Football season is in full swing and we begin our Player of the Week polls for areas all around the state. Teams have started off the regular season with some great individual performances.

As such, we have eight athletes nominated this week for the SBLive’s Florida Big Bend/Panhandle high school girls flag football player of the week award from February 26-March 2, and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Sunday, March 10th at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced in next week's poll.

Congratulations to last week’s winner: Crestview’s Kaitlyn Kemp!

Editor’s note: Our corresponding poll is intended to be fun, and we do not set limits on how many times a fan can vote during the competition. This poll is specifically for fans to vote on the players that have been nominated and in no way discredits any other player that may not be mentioned in our poll.

Here are the nominees:

Isabella Kendall, Navarre: Not many quarterbacks in the Florida Panhandle played any better than Kendall, as the signal caller completed 23-of-32 passes for 168 yards and four touchdowns. She also picked off three passes on defense.

Charloette Reynolds, Chiles: Reynolds was highly efficient in the Wolves' 19-0 victory over Gulf Breeze, with the quarterback throwing for 128 yards and three touchdowns.

Emma Sutton, Pace: One Amaya Pablo's favorite targets this season so far has been the sophomore wide receiver. Sutton hauled in five passes for 60 yards and three scores in a 28-6 win over Tate.

Xzaveria Robinson, Wakulla: The running back was making plays everywhere on offense for the War Eagles. Robinson rushed 10 times for 115 yards and two touchdowns.

Rachel White, FSU High: White had arguably one of the top rushing performances of any running back in the state last week. White rushed for 211 yards on 20 carries and two touchdowns in a win Columbia.

Samiah Washington, Jefferson County: The dual-threat quarterback was instrumental in the team's victory over Madison County. Washington totaled 320 total yards and two touchdowns.

Alexis Seiuli, Fort Walton Beach: Though the Vikings made quick work of Escambia, Seiuli had a solid night in her start. The quarterback completed 7-of-10 passes for 53 yards and two touchdowns.

LeeAsia Johnson, Taylor County: What didn't Johnson do in the Bulldogs' 21-12 win over Rickards last week? The do-everything athlete threw for 26 yards, rushed for 20, had 35 receiving and a touchdown. On defense, she made five flag pulls and an interception.
