The regular season has wrapped up, and the boys basketball postseason is set to begin.

South Florida was home to some of the best basketball in the state, and each week SBLive Sports Florida recognized the top programs and performers.

We’re doing so again with a final regular season, South Florida boys basketball Player of the Week poll.

As always, these polls are intended to be fun, while giving exposure to as many players and schools as possible.

Remember, you are encouraged to vote as often as you’d like, and spread the word! Voting ends February 11th at 11:59 p.m.

Congratulations to last week's winner: Jeremiah Police of Westminster Academy.

Here are this week's nominees are:

Shon Abaev, G, Calvary Christian Academy: The 6-foot-8 junior posted 17 points and 10 rebounds against The Rock Nation (Gainesville). Abaev, who has an offer from Georgia Tech, is the Eagles’ leading scorer at 19.6 points per game.

Malik Abdullahi, F, Columbus: The Explorers are rolling into the playoffs with one of the top teams in the country. Abdullahi, a 6-foot-8 forward and Princeton commit, had a huge game against Florida Christian Miami with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Dante Allen, G, Riviera Prep: A junior, Allen is winding down a terrific season. In a lopsided tournament win against Imani Christian Academy (Pittsburgh), Allen had 23 points, eight rebounds and three assists. For the season, the junior is averaging 20.6 points per game.

Anthony Barnes, G, Miami Central: A 5-foot-7 guard, Barnes had 21 points for the Rockets in their 102-74 win against North Miami.

Zayvian Bieger, G, Miramar: The Patriots enjoyed a lopsided win against Monarch, and Bieger shot 10 for 15 from the field, finishing with 26 points.

Angelo Carver, G, Blanche Ely: Carver had a team-high 16 points in Ely’s 63-56 win against Coral Springs.

Absalon Cortes, G, Miami High: The Stingarees improved to 19-7 win a 79-47 win over Miami Beach. Cortes led the way with 24 points, six rebounds, seven assists and four steals.

Cody Dinnall, F, Monarch: In a win against Hollywood Hills, Dinnall dropped 16 points and hauled down 15 rebounds. But during the week, he did more, tossing in 20 points in a setback against Miramar.

Jeremy Elyzee, F, Pembroke Pines Charter: At 6-foot-7, Elyzee has been a standout all season, averaging 17.7 points per game. In a loss to Carol Springs, the senior scored 17 points, and he added 16 points in a win against Northeast.

Anthony Ferrer, G, NSU University: The Sharks have been rolling up impressive scoring performances, topping 90 points in their last two games. Ferrer had 31 in one of them, and for the season is averaging 21.4 points per game.

Kaiden Francis, G, South Plantation: The senior guard put up 16 points and four assists against a strong Coral Springs squad. Francis averages 14.8 points per game.

Jasen Lopez, G, True North Classical Academy: True North is a serious state contender, and Lopez is a reason why. In a 62-61 overtime win against Mater Lakes, the sophomore collected 19 points. True North finished its regular season with a 20-5 record. Lopez averages 22 points per game.

Patrick Liburd, G/F, Sagemont: The 6-foot-6 junior posted 18 points in Sagemont’s impressive 71-49 win against Archbishop McCarthy. In his previous game, he had 23 points against Miramar.

Myron Parker Jr., F, Miami Northwestern: The football/basketball standout, Parker collected 20 points in a 20-point win against Hialeah. To top it off, Parker added 10 rebounds, four assists and a steal.

Kohl Rosario, G, Florida Christian Miami: A 6-foot-5 junior, Rosario had 31 points and four rebounds in a 52-49 win against Westminster Christian.

Raul Perez Ruiz, G, North Broward Prep: Pacing the Eagles in scoring, Perez Ruiz had 22 points in a win against Miami Ferguson. He added 20 points against IMG Gold, and 16 points against Westminster Academy.

Jacob Trenchfield, G, Monsignor Pace: The guard had a pair of 15-point games during the week for the Spartans, who head into the Class 4A playoffs with a 14-11 record.

Dwayne Wimbley Jr., Westminster Academy: One of the most athletic players in Broward County, Wimbley is a standout football player as well. The 6-foot-6 junior had 24 points in a win against North Broward Prep. And he combined for 30 more points in two other games during the week.
