The Tigers overcome four turnovers to repeat as state champions with 20-6 victory
Brady Hart threw a touchdown pass and Gunner Trout kicked two field goals to lead Cocoa over Bradford 20-6 on Friday night in the Florida (FHSAA) Class 2S state football championship game in Tallahassee.
With the win, the Tigers (15-0) claimed back-to-back 2S state titles.
Cocoa got on the board at the 4:07 mark of the first quarter when Hart connected on a 36-yard touchdown strike to give the Tigers a 7-6 lead and they never trailed from there.
