With the 2023 regular season now officially behind us, we have highlighted 10 games from the region finals you won't want to miss

Well, can you believe it? The 2023 regular season has now come and gone, with plenty of surprises, upsets and superb performances from the athletes. Now, we are ready to see what high school football region finals have in store for us. But to know where you’re going, we’d like to help you out a little bit.

We are back with the Top 10 list of games, with so many great matchups on the schedule once again this week. Check our list out and chime in via our social media handles with football games you think we may have missed.

Football Region Finals Top 10 Games to Watch

Miami Central at Miami Norland: This is the rematch everyone has been waiting for. First tilt ended in overtime 29-26 in favor of the Vikings the first time around. How does Round 2 go?

Plant at Sumner: These two teams met in the region quarterfinal round last year and it was a doozy. That game was at Dad's Stadium and this time be played at 'The Tank'. Can the Stingrays reach their first ever state semifinal?

Choctawhatchee at St. Augustine: Seeing Choctawhatchee running back Cole Tabb (Stanford commitment) and St. Augustine quarterback Locklan Hewlett (Wake Forest) going blow for blow might be worth the price of admission in this Class 3S region final.

DeLand at Treasure Coast: Both offenses are very similar to one another as each incorporating triple-option football, taking the game back 20 or so years. DeLand head coach Rick Darlington knows all too well about being this deep into the playoffs from his days at Apopka.

Lake Wales at Vanguard: The Highlanders have won 27 straight games and they'll be up against a Vanguard team that's starting to look more and more like a viable state championship contender. A win at Booster Stadium will solidify any doubts.

Pensacola Catholic at FSU High: No team feels better the deeper they go into the postseason than FSU High. The Seminoles welcome in a red hot Pensacola Catholic team that rushed for around 300 yards against Walton in a 42-15 win.

Williston at Hawthorne: We're sorry ahead of time to every other Class 1R team, but whomever wins this game could very well be the state champion when it's all said and done.

Carrollwood Day at Clearwater Central Catholic: This game was decided by mere inches in the regular season meeting between the two. Now back at the same spot, the Patriots and Marauders are destined for another classic.

Dunbar at Naples: After years of having to go through Miami schools en route to the state championship last year, Naples thought 2022 would be its time to shine. That's when Dunbar ruined the party and stunned Naples in the region final. For the Golden Eagles, they feel like it's payback time.

Mandarin at Sanford Seminole: If you're looking for the best game in the Orlando area on Friday, this would be it. The who's who of star players will be in this one from Mandarin's Tramell Jones, Jaime Ffrench, Tiant Wyche, Jackson Copeland to Seminole's Preston Watson, Michael Key, David Parks and Karson Siqueiros-Lasky. Get there early, this will be popcorn worthy.
