Vote: Who should be SBLive's Florida high school football coach of the week (11/13/2023)?

We have eight candidates up for voting from last week's playoff games
Coach of the Week

Congratulations to last week's winner: Robert Kazmier, Nature Coast.

Here are this week's nominees:

Don Chaney, Belen Jesuit: In probably the most exciting region quarterfinal matchups of the Thursday night slate, Chaney led the Wolverines to a gutty 2013 win over South Broward. The win sends Belen Jesuit into the region semifinals of Class 3M, Region 4 playoffs.

Dylan Potts, West Boca Raton: A last minute Hail Mary heave helped lift the Bulls to a thrilling 23-22 upset win over Delray Beach Atlantic. Potts pressed all the right buttons in leading West Boca Raton to the incredible win.

Rodney Wells, Dr. Phillips: Looking to avenge a 31-21 loss to Olympia from the regular season, Wells made sure to lead his team into the second round. In a gritty tilt, Wells led the Panthers to a 17-15 on the road over the Titans.

Toby Bullock, Mandarin: Going on the road to start the postseason is never easy. Especially when it's against an undefeated opponent. Ramsay led the Mustangs to a 29-16 road win over previously undefeated Winter Park in a Class 4M, Region 1 quarterfinal.

Wesley Summerford, Northview: Forget about what you may have done or not done during the regular season. That's the mantra for Northview, the 2022 Class 1R state runnerups. The Chiefs are onto the region semifinals after a dominating 31-13 win over Jay.

Cory Johns, Bartram Trail: Defenses were surely optional in Bartram Trai's 67-55 win over Navarre in a Class 4S, Region 1 quarterfinal. One thing is for certain, Johns has his Bears playing like road warriors and they will have to again when they face Niceville.

Scottie Littles, Sarasota Booker: In just his second season at the helm, Littles is making a big difference. Littles led Sarasota Booker into Polk County and handed Fort Meade its first loss of the season, a 33-17 decision in a Class 2S region quarterfinal.

Shawn Davis, Northeast: The Vikings are getting used to be the underdogs pulling off the upsets this season. Just a week after upsetting Largo to end the regular season, Davis led Northeast to a surprising 27-26 win over Hillsborough on the road.
