TaVaris Johnson, Lake Wales: Johnson has a a defense that's literally one of the best in the Sunshine State. His Highlanders finished with allowing only 37 points for the season as they rolled to a 28-3 win over Bartow to cap an undefeated 10-0 season.
Robert Kazmier, Nature Coast: School-record for points? You got it. The Sharks accomplished that in a season-ending 72-59 win over Gulf, qualifying for the Class 2S playoffs.
Grant Thompson, Niceville: What's one way to bounce back from a district championship loss? By soundly defeating another as the Eagles trounced Navarre 63-34 in a regular season finale.
Jeff Rolson, Apopka: What better way to end the season than winning the Mayor's Cup? Rolson led the Blue Darters to a thrilling 29-28 victory over Wekiva.
Tyrone Perry, Sebastian River: Winning the Sunshine State Athletic Association (SSAA) Atlantic Division championship became a dream come true for the Sharks. Perry led the team to a thrilling 15-14 win over Paxon School.
Matthew Sparrowhawk, Pahokee: In the latest edition of the legendary 'Muck Bowl', Sparrowhawk starts off his career in the series 1-0. The first-year Pahokee head coach led the Blue Devils to a dominating 55-22 win over Glades Central.
Jason Roberts, Lake Weir: Roberts led a turnaround season this fall and guided the Hurricanes to a 26-21 SSAA 2A Atlantic state championship win over Stanton.
