Look: Newman's (Florida) Nae’shaun Montgomery's 82-yards TD return

Punt return just before the end of the first half stakes the Crusaders to a 21-0 lead

WELLINGTON, FLORIDA – In a battle between a pair of one loss teams, visiting Cardinal Newman got a big boost just before the end of the first half Friday night when Nae'shaun Montgomery broke open the contest with an 82-yard punt return.

Montgomery fielded the punt at his own 18 and headed for the left-sideline. Walled-in by the by the coverage from Palm Beach Central, Montgomery reversed himself and outran every defender all the way around the left edge and up the sideline for a touchdown, turning a 14-0 Newman lead into a 21-0 bulge at the half.

Cardinal Newman entered the contest at 7-1 and host Palm Beach Central entered at 8-1.
