Here are this week's nominations:

JT Bronaugh, Football, Foundation Academy: One of the top rushing performances of the season comes from Bronaugh in the Lions' 49-41 win over The First Academy. Brounaugh rushed for 394 yards and scored four touchdowns. 

Cayden Thomas, Football, Mitchell: The Mustangs' sophomore set a single-game record for passing yards, as Thomas threw for 428 and six touchdowns in a 62-6 win over Sunlake. 

Battle Alberson, Football, Gulf Breeze: In the Publix Beach Bowl against Navarre, though Alberson and the Dolphins fell 49-48, the quaterback had himself a night. Alberson threw for 261 yards and three touchdowns, then added 100 on the ground and three more scores. 

Chris Denson, Football, Plant City: The Raiders' signal caller completed 15-of-18 passing for 216 yards and five touchdowns in a 57-20 rout of Strawberry Crest. 

Nigel Nelson, Football, Pensacola Catholic: Nelson was not to be denied in the Crusaders' 56-35 win over West Florida. Nelson rushed for 350 yards on 32 carries and scored five touchdowns. 

JP Pickles, Football, North Florida Christian: 735 all-purpose yards and six touchdowns Pickles accounted for in a 63-26 victory over Munroe last week. Quite the stat line as the signal caller threw for 483 yards and rushed for 252. 

Cameron Odom, Football, Cottondale: In a 56-14 win over Vernon, Odom accumulated 299 yards of total offense and six total touchdowns. 

Preston Watson, Football, Sanford Seminole: The Duke commitment was terrorizing the Lake Mary backfield in the Seminoles' 29-28 victory. Watson, a defensive tackle, tallied eight tackles, four for loss and a sack. 

Colin Hurley, Football, Trinity Christian Academy: Hurley couldn't miss in the Conquerors' 40-9 win over Providence School. The LSU commit completed 20-of-24 for 287 yards and three touchdowns. 

Zac Katz, Football, True North Classical: The freshman signal caller had himself a huge night in the Titans' 41-0 defeat of John Carroll Catholic. Katz completed 18-of-21 for 280 yards and four touchdowns. 

Jett Yurgealitis, Football, NSU University: In one of the top games on Thursday night last week, Yurgealitis had a career performance. The quarterback threw for 403 yards and five touchdowns in a 63-48 win over Jupiter Christian. 

Sammy Frietas, Football, Mosley: Freitas was the difference in the Dolphins' 29-28 win over Niceville, completing 24-of-43 passes for 364 yards and four touchdowns. Also rushed for 74 on the ground. 

Drew Simmons, Football, Union County: Three carries for 117 yards and two touchdowns. That was the freshman running back's stat line in the Fightin' Tigers 42-8 victory over Dixie County last week. 

John Kostuch, Football, Winter Haven: The Blue Devils' junior quarterback was nearly perfect in a 41-13 win over Lake Nona. Kostuch completed 17-of-19 passes for 212 yards and three touchdowns. 

Romelo Ware, Football, Olympia: Ware had a strong performance in the Titans’ 34-20 win over West Orange. The running back rushed for 303 yards on 30 carries and scored four touchdowns. 

Mikayla Porter, Volleyball, St. Thomas Aquinas: Porter notched a team-high 32 assists, 12 kills, 10 digs and seven assists in the Raiders’ 3-2 playoff win over West Boca Raton. 

Dionna Mitchell, Volleyball, Timber Creek: Mitchell tallied a team-high 26 kills in the Wolves’ 3-1 postseason win against Hagerty. 

Eva Goodson, Volleyball, FSU High: In the Seminoles’ 3-1 playoff win against Trinity Catholic, Goodson notched 21 assists and 17 digs.
