Karson Siqueiros-Lasky, Penn commit quarterback, transfers from Lake Highland Prep to Sanford Seminole

Siqueiros-Lasky led the Highlanders to 6A Sunshine State Athletic Conference championship in 2022

SANFORD, FLORIDA- Before the 2022 season, quarterback Karson Siqueiros-Lasky transferred from Sanford Seminole and headed to Lake Highland Prep. 

There with the Highlanders, Siqueiros-Lasky led Lake Highland Prep to the Sunshine State Athletic Conference Class 6A state championship in a dominating 44-8 win over Mount Dora Christian.

Now before the 2023 season, the signal caller is reversing schools and heading back to don the orange and black. Siqueiros-Lasky confirmed with SBLive Sports Florida that he has transferred from Lake Highland Prep to Sanford Seminole. 

Last season for the Highlanders through six games, Siqueiros-Lasky completed 59-of-87 passes for 847 yards and 14 touchdowns to just two interceptions. At Sanford Seminole as a sophomore in 2021, Siqueiros-Lasky threw for 459 yards and five touchdowns for the 11-2 Noles. Siqueiros-Lasky is a Penn commit and also had offers from Georgia Southern and Virginia. 

Siqueiros-Lasky heads back to where his high school career began and will compete against incumbent David Parks, who played extensively in 2022 due to an injury to starter Luke Rucker. Parks in 2022 completed 38-of-75 passes for 516 yards and eight touchdowns to just three interceptions and also rushed for 160, three scores.
