Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Southern California High School Athlete of the Week for Mar. 11-17 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Sunday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced on Monday. Landon White, San Dimas: White had five hits including two home runs to lead the Saints to a 3-0 week.

Aidan Sullivan, Mayfair: Sullivan homered twice and drove in six runs across games against Bellflower and Cerritos last week.

Eric Ruiz, Sultana: Ruiz had five hits including a double, triple and home run last week while raising his season average to .524.

Andrew Mora, Sierra Vista: Mora struck out 11 batters and allowed one hit across six shutout innings on Saturday.

Fernando Palencia, Arcadia: Palencia struck out 10 batters in four innings during Saturday's shutout victory against Hoover.

Max Mora, La Quinta: Mora allowed one hit and struck out 10 batters in last week's win over Palm Springs.

Boston Bateman, Camarillo: Bateman struck out 15 batters and did now allow a hit in six innings during last week's win against Royal.

Phillip Jones, Granite Hills: Jones hit two solo home runs in a 2-0 victory against Cathedral Catholic.

Taylor Werth, Coronado: Werth struck out 13 batters while allowing only two hits over 5.1 innings for the Islanders.

Kam Lohse, Santa Fe Christian: Lohse tossed a no-hitterr while throwing only 58 pitches in a 1-0 win against Vista.

Talin Gardini, Patrick Henry: Gardini hit three home runs and drove in six runs in a two-game span against Grossmont and Helix.

Jeremiah Castillo, Mount Miguel: Castillo stole eight bases and scored 10 runs across three games last week for the Matadors.

Aleena Garcia, Whittier Christian: Garcia hit three home runs and drove in six runs in a victory against Mary Star of the Sea.

Phoebe Spangler, Burroughs: Spangler had eight hits including two home runs, two doubles and a triple across three games last week.

Mia Licon, Moreno Valley: Licon has exactly three hits in four straight games and hit two home runs against Yucca Valley last week.

Amber Alcantar, Miller (Fontana): Alcantar has six straight multi-hit games and is now hitting .750 on the season.

Mia Gomez, Agoura: Gomez has hit a home run in four straight games and now has seven on the season.

Miranda De Nava, Riverside Poly: De Nava tossed two no-hitters last week, striking out 13 batters against Yucaipa and 15 against Heritage.

Hanna Patterson, San Diego: Patterson homered in three straight games last week against Lincoln, Central and El Camino.

McKenna Gieger, Patrick Henry: Gieger scored six runs and hit two home runs last week in games against Steele Canyon and Grossmont.
