Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Southern California High School Athlete of the Week for Jan. 29 - Feb. 4 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Sunday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced on Monday. Jaedon Anderson, La Habra: Anderson led the Highlanders with 22 points in their 76-45 Southern Section 3AA victory over St. Bonaventure.

Jayshawn Kibble, King/Drew: Kibble had 20 points to help the Golden Eagles take down LACES in the LA City Section Open Division championship game.

Jeremiah Profit, Temecula Valley: Profit had 18 points, five assists and three steals to help the Golden Bears win their first Southern Section title.

Jake Hall, Carlsbad: Hall had two 3-pointers in the final two minutes of Saturday's game, finishing 19 points to in the San Diego Section Open Division championship game.

Dylan Griffin, University City: Griffin averaged 22 points and 10 rebounds across two games last week, leading the Centurions to their first CIF title in more than a decade.

Thaddeus Boudreaux, Mount Miguel: Boudreaux averaged 25 points per game last week, leading the Matadors to the San Diego Section Division 4 title.

Grace Knox, Etiwanda: Knox had 19 points and 12 rebounds to help the Eagles take down Sierra Canyon in the Southern Section Open Division championship game.

Maddie Farnsworth, Palos Verdes: Farnsworth had 35 points, six steals and three assists in Saturday's Southern Section 4A championship game against Eastside.

Robert Platt, Poway Wrestling: Platt helped Poway take the CIF State team title by winning by 215 pound weight class.

Sonny Kling, Canyon Springs Wrestling: Kling took down Brokton Borelli for the state title in the 190 pound weight class.

Collin Guffey, Granite Hills (El Cajon) Wrestling: Guffey took home the CIF State title in the 165 pound weight class.

Henry Aslikyan, Birmingham Wrestling: Aslikyan, a sophomore, became a CIF State champion with a win at the 106 pound weight class.

Juliana Marquez, Gabrielino Wrestling: Marquez beat Kathryn Hingano of Rio Linda for the CIF State title in the 190 pound weight class.

Delarie Juarez, Brawley Wrestling: Juarez won the CIF State title at the 145 pound weight class.

Christina Osorio, Downey Wrestling: Osorio claimed the state title with a win at the 125 pound weight class.
