Sierra Canyon (24-2)
The Trailblazers were eliminated from Mission League tournament championship contention after losing their semifinal matchup to Crespi in overtime thanks to a Joe Sterling buzzer-beater.
That loss snapped a 19-game winning streak for them that included wins over Harvard-Westlake and Notre Dame, who were both previously ranked No. 18 in the Top 25 national rankings.
After this game, Sierra Canyon and Bryce James will face a rematch with Harvard-Westlake.
St. John Bosco (23-5)
The Braves' only in-state losses this season have come against Roosevelt Eastvale and Mater Dei (twice), who are ranked No. 2 and No. 3, respectively, in the California Top 25.
St. John Bosco will have its hands full with a star-studded Sierra Canyon team, but the Braves will have the advantage of playing at home, where they have won ten consecutive games.
