Top Southern California basketball stars from 1/8/24 to 1/13/24

Josh Goodall, Canyon: Goodall had 24 points in a 60-55 win over San Gabriel Academy.

Carter Bryant, Corona Centennial: Bryant, an Arizona-signee, had 39 points in a league victory over Roosevelt.

Zaid Yunis, Northwood: Yunis led his team with 29 points in a 113-77 victory over Irvine-University.

EJ Spillman, Pacifica Christian: Spillman had 39 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists across two games last week.

Hugo Morales, Norte Vista: Morales had 27 points and 16 rebounds in Tuesday's win over Patriot.

Darius Montgomery, Mar Vista: Montgomery had 27 points including five three-pointers in last week’s win over Hilltop.

Patrick O’Brien, Cathedral Catholic: O’Brien had 19 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in Tuesday’s win over San Diego.

Ben Gavani, University City: Gavani had 29 points and eight rebounds in Tuesday’s win over Scripps Ranch.

Tristan Anderson, Olympian: Anderson had 25 points and eight steals to help the Eagles remain unbeaten in a win over Valhalla.

Lincoln Grogan, Mater Dei Catholic: Grogran had 27 points and seven rebounds in last week's league opening win against Bonita Vista.

Chase Newman, Ramona: Newman had a double-double with 24 points and 10 rebounds to help the Bulldogs get their first win in league play over Poway.

Elise Marquez, Anaheim: Marquez had 20 points, nine steals and seven assists in a win over Savanna.

Kierabella Coletta-Todd, Newbury Park: Coletta-Todd had three double-doubles last week, finishing with 76 points and 43 rebounds.

Yulissa Cusworth, Murrieta Valley: Cusworth had 17 points and 19 rebounds in a win over Vista Murrieta.

Deana Thompson, Harvard-Westlake: Thompson had double-doubles in back-to-back wins last week against Sherman Oaks Notre Dame and Marlborough.

Brooke Seeger, Hesperia: Seeger had 20 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Apple Valley.

Jewel Parker, Hoover: Parker had 19 points, 11 assists, four rebounds and three steals in a win over San Ysidro.

Martina Griffin, Oceanside: Griffin had 25 points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals in a win over San Dieguito.

Piper Lenihan, Santa Fe Christian: Lenihan nearly had a triple-double, finishing with 17 points, nine assists, eight steals, six rebounds and three blocks against Orange Glen.

Michelle Kramer, Scripps Ranch: Kramer averaged 22 points, seven rebounds and five assists across two wins for the Falcons last week.
