The junior quarterback led the Eagles to a 39-35 comeback win over Inglewood after trailing 28-10 at halftime and advance to the CIF Southern Section Division 3 quarterfinals where they'll host Villa Park next week.
Villa Park beat Long Beach Millikan 28-21.
Inglewood's Ray Gilbert scored a touchdown to give the Sentinels a 35-32 lead with 1:38 to play.
But Shigg got the final word.
He orchestrated a game-winning drive in 70 seconds, highlighted by a big pass to Niles Davis that set up Shigg's eventual 20-yard touchdown run with 28 seconds left to win the game.
Shigg scampered to his left, tip-toed the sideline and took a big hit at the goal line before falling into the end zone.
The elusive lefty finished with 202 yards rushing and three touchdowns in the win.

Long Beach Poly 30, Vista Murrieta 21: QB Darius Curry overcame three interceptions and two pick-sixes, but had 291 yards passing with two TDs in the victory.
Los Alamitos 56, Upland 31: USC-commit Isaiah Rubin had two INTs in the big win over Upland.
Mission Viejo 59, Palos Verdes 35: Mission Viejo's Vance Spafford tallied 174 yards on six passes and three touchdowns. Palos Verdes' Luke Guyton scored three touchdowns, including a kick off return.
Murrieta Valley 43, Damien 40: Running back Dorian Hoze was at it again, running for 195 yards and three scores for Murrieta Valley.
Oaks Christian 41, Chaparral 7: Stanford-bound wideout Chase Farrell caught 10 balls for 167 yards and three TDs.
Rancho Cucamonga 35, Edison 14: Air Force commit Jonah Dawson had four receptions for 108 yards and two scores for the Cougars.
Serra 48, Bishop Amat 14: QB Jimmy Butler had three passing TDs. Cincere Rhaney hit pay dirt twice on the ground, and Zacharyus Williams scored three times (two receiving, one return).

St. Bonaventure 43, Etiwanda 26: The Seraphs were led by Koen Glover's 178 yards rushing on 25 carries and two scores.
Chaminade 39, Inglewood 35: QB Seth Shigg ran for 202 yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winning TD with 28 seconds left.
Warren 34, Tustin 33: QB Warren Iamaleava threw for 471 yards and five scores in the Bears' victory.
