Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Southern California High School Athlete of the Week for Sept. 21-23 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Sunday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced on Monday. Shaun Thompson, Aliso Niguel: Thompson had two interceptions in Thursday's 14-7 win over Marina.

Brian Salazar Jr., Monrovia: Salazar Jr. threw for 471 yards and had three passing touchdowns in Thursday's win over San Dimas.

Jake Javorsky, San Juan Hills: Javorsky had 10 tackles and three sacks in Thursday's win over El Modena.

Luke Deperno, West Ranch: Deperno had 161 rushing yards and two touchdowns in Thursday's shutout against Saugus.

Damon Iosefa, Norte Vista: Iosefa had seven tackles, an interception and a forced fumble in Friday's win over Muir.

Jackson Kollock, Laguna Beach: Kollock was 19 of 21 passing for 383 yards and threw seven touchdowns in Friday's win over Lakeside.

Landon Bell, Newbury Park: Bell had seven receptions for 193 yards and four touchdowns against Thousand Oaks.

Dorian Hoze, Murrieta Valley: Hoze had 218 total yards and two rushing touchdowns in Friday's 39-38 win over San Clemente.

Dillon Gresham, San Jacinto: Gresham had 226 all-purpose yards, finishing with a receiving touchdown and kickoff return for a touchdown against Jurupa Hills.

Donovan Brown, Upland: Brown had nine tackles and returned an interception 64 yards for a touchdown against Charter Oak.

Cornell Hatcher Jr., Corona Centennial: Hatcher Jr. surpassed 200 yards for the third straight game, finishing with 305 rushing yards and four touchdowns against Liberty (AZ).

Noah Kucera, Dana Hills: Kucera had 306 all-purpose yards, finishing with three rushing touchdowns, an interception return for a touchdown and four tackles against Canyon.

Wyatt Becker, Sierra Canyon: Becker tossed seven touchdown passes and added a rushing touchdown in Friday's 63-6 win over Saguaro (AZ).

Isaiah Arriaza, Damien: Arriaza had 343 passing yards and three passing touchdowns against La Serna.

Aiden Rubin, San Clemente: Rubin carried the Tritons with 249 rushing yards and four touchdowns in Friday's loss.

Matthew Gutierrez, Brawley: Gutierrez completed 90 percent of his passes, finishing with 197 passing yards, three passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown.

Cable Fledderjohn, Coronado: Fledderjohn had 10 tackles, four sacks and a fumble recovery in Friday's win over Mar Vista.

Aerek Brown, Montgomery: Brown caught six passes against Canyon Hills, finishing with 124 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

Karlsen Drake, Maranatha Christian: Drake had 230 all-purpose yards and returned a punt for a touchdown in Friday's win over Mountain Empire.

Qayden Coleman, El Camino: Coleman had 146 all-purpose yards and had a touchdown reception and kick return for a touchdown against Oceanside.
