Santa Margarita has been on fire to start the 2022 baseball season. The Eagles have yet to lose this season and opened up the Trinity League season with a series sweep to move to 12-0 and rise to No. 5 in the California rankings.

The Lancers were impressive last week, sweeping previously unbeaten Servite. Orange Lutheran outscored the Friars 26-7 over the three games.

Yucaipa beat Cajon and Citrus Valley in league play to stretch their winning streak to five games.

3. Sierra Canyon (14-0)

The Trailblazers continue to dominate their opponents. They outscored their opponents 21-3 in three games last week and have yet to allow more than two runs in any game.

4. Harvard-Westlake (11-2-1)

The Wolverines swept Loyola last week and sit one game ahead of No. 6 Sherman Oaks Notre Dame in the Mission League standings.

The Eagles swept JSerra in their first Trinity League series of the season.

The Bears made their way south and shutout Capistrano Valley and Dana Hills in consecutive days.

The Spartans took down Folsom and St. Mary's (Stockton) on Thursday and Friday last week.

The Friars saw their perfect start to the season come undone at the hands of No. 1 Orange Lutheran. They'll have to regroup quickly when they take on No. 5 Santa Margarita three times this week.

The Lions have struggled in the Trinity League so far, winning one of six games. They'll play a three-game series against St. John Bosco this week.

San Dimas began league play by beating Charter Oak twice last week. They'll play Northview twice this week.

13. Villa Park (10-1)

The Spartans have won seven straight games and will continue league play with games against Canyon and No. 20 Foothill this week.

The Lions have won 13 straight games and won their three games last week by a combined score of 19-0.
