Here are Scorebook Live’s Top 10 rankings for San Diego Section high school boys basketball for the week of March 2. Our San Diego Section basketball rankings are released weekly throughout the 2019-20 high school basketball season. The rankings are compiled by SB Live reporter Bodie DeSilva.

TOP 10 SAN DIEGO SECTION BOYS BASKETBALL RANKINGS

Week of March 2, 2020

1. Cathedral Catholic (24-7)

The Dons completed their run to take the open division championship. They're seeded third in the division one playoffs and will host Renaissance Academy on Tuesday.

2. Torrey Pines (26-5)

The Falcons fell to Cathedral Catholic in the open division championship, their first loss since December 29th. They'll host Chaminade in the division one state playoffs.

3. St. Augustine (24-6)

St. Augustine lost to Torrey Pines in the semifinals of the open division playoffs. They'll host Riverside Poly in the division one playoffs after taking down the Bears by 16 points earlier in the season.

4. Francis Parker (22-5)

Francis Parker lost to Cathedral Catholic in the open division playoffs. They're the two-seed in division two and will host Hillcrest on Tuesday.

5. Christian (21-6)

The Patriots lost to Cathedral Catholic in the first round of the open division playoffs, losing the season series 2-1. They'll travel to Eastvale Roosevelt in the division two state playoffs.

6. Foothills Christian (20-9)

The Knights lost to Francis Parker in the first round of the open division playoffs. They'll host Salesian on Tuesday in the first round of the division two state playoffs.

7. Mater Dei Catholic (22-6)

Mater Dei Catholic lost to St. Augustine in the first round of the open division playoffs. They'll play at King/Drew in the division two state playoffs.

8. Santa Fe Christian (23-9)

The top-seeded Eagles made their way through the division one playoffs, defeating Carlsbad by 13 points in the championship. They'll travel to Hesperia in the division two state playoffs.

9. San Diego (21-10)

The Cavers completed the trifecta, winning division four, three, and now two over the past three seasons. They'll host Price in the division three state playoffs.

10. San Ysidro (24-8)

The Cougars steamrolled through the division three state playoffs, beating Coronado by 12 points in the championship. They'll host View Park in the division four state playoffs.
