Here are the candidates for the Scorebook Live Southern California boys basketball player of the week for Feb. 17-23 as nominated by fans, readers and Scorebook Live’s staff. Fidelis Okereke, King/Drew: Okereke put up 17 points to go along with 12 boards and 6 blocks in King/Drew's matchup with Westchester.

Chris Howell, Torrey Pines: Howell finished with 14 points, 6 boards, and 6 assists to help Torrey Pines defeat Poway 74-43.

Devin Askew, Mater Dei: Askew poured in 43 points for Mater Dei as they took down Rancho Christian 76-71.

KJ Bradley, Crenshaw: Bradley netted 31 points and dished out 9 dimes for Crenshaw in their matchup against Granada Hills Charter.

Jaylen Clark, Etiwanda: Clark poured in 32 points for Etiwanda in their game against Sierra Canyon.

Andre Henry, St. Francis: Henry finished with a 22 point, 11 rebound double-double to lead St. Francis to a 71-53 win over Heritage Christian.
