The game had been postponed Friday night due to lightning storm
QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. — In a game that was delayed a day due to lightning, No. 10 Chandler cruised to a 40-21 victory over host Casteel on Saturday afternoon in a matchup of undefeated teams.
The game on Saturday was also delayed by lightning in the fourth quarter but was eventually completed.
Running back Ca'lil Valentine supplied three rushing touchdowns for the Wolves - all in the first half - including scoring on a 80-yard run on the first play from scrimmage.
The Wolves (6-0) held a commanding 34-0 halftime lead.
Next up for Chandler is a road game Friday versus Mountain View.
